What do you do with it? Those moments when a random pot of spaghetti shows up or those snacks that you can't find the labels for to put into your MFP. Do you just eat in small quantities until you aren't hungry? Or try your best to estimate and log?

So about 2 days ago, I tore my achilles. I was told by my doctor to stay off of it for 4 days, but I don't want to just not exercise altogether. I would like to do more strength training, but I don't have any weights available (I just use body weight). Any alternatives? Thanks for reading =)
