Net vs Gross calories
my daily calorie limit is 1400 to lose 1 lb a week, and today I've eaten 1379 gross, but only 990 net since I exercised. Should I be above 1200 NET calories? Or am I ok because I ate more than 1200 gross

Thinking about changing my goals?
I have it set to eat 1200 calories a day and it says I'll lose 1.3 lbs a week.. but I've barely been losing anything a week.. I work out 6 days a week so maybe I'm not eating enough? Should I up my calories and see if that boosts me? Set my goals to lose 1 lb a week?
