Soreness and resting?
So, I'm still sore from my ab workout saturday..is that normal? Also, is it okay to do more ab work, or should I wait until I'm not sore anymore? I really don't know! D:

What was the last workout you did?
I did some Pilates yesterday (youtube.com/blogilates is where I got the videos) and they were REALLY challenging!! I'm the most sore I've been in a long time today...haha. After that I went to do some cardio. I did a little warmup, then I did 100 skips with a skipping rope, did 5 double leg lifts and 20 knee tucks, then 50…

Anyone have any favorites? :) Things that would especially helpful: things that can be simply made, and are not sandwiches. haha

"problem exercises"?
Do any of you have a problem exercise? I do :( Two, actually - push ups and lunges. I can't seem to get the correct form on either!! And with pushups, my stronger arm likes to take over and do all of the pushing up. haha. Any tips? :(
