Weights THEN cardio. Starting with weights is better because you have more energy to put into heavy lifting thus a better workout and less injury :) Also, you're supposed to burn fat more efficiently that way.

I suppose it is, but I don't count it in my daily exercise log or whatever. It's just everyday activity, you know?

Intervals!!! I used to do 20/10 second tabata intervals for 4 minutes, then worked my way up to 8 minutes, 12 minutes, etc. It's a lot easier because there's a rest period :) OR I just give myself a certain number of skips to complete, like 100 or 200 or whatever.

It's possible, but you CAN find time to workout in your weekdays! You go to work at 9 am, right? You can try to get up earlier every other day and workout before work :)

You're working your muscles, which is a fabulous thing!! By doing so you're working on gaining muscle AND you're burning calories! Also, the more muscle you have, the more calories you burn just resting. So... (I'm sorry I suck at explaining things, lol)

I think it's okay when you're going to snack unnecessarily or something, but if you are ACTUALLY hungry it's always best to eat something! :)

That helped a lot! Considering I took sunday off and did legs today, I think I'll hit abs again tomorrow :) The soreness is finally wearing off, yay! I didn't know that about the weights - I'll definitely remember that. thanks for your help!

I alternate! 3 days a week muscle, 3 days mostly cardio, and then I take Sunday off. So M, W, F - More strength training(alternating days so they'll have time to recover before the next workout), and Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturday - cardio. Just me, though. I have the same problem! It's equal part muscle atrophy and favoring one side, even though it isn't my dominant one. All my muscles are uneven, haha. Everyone's are, I think. I agree completely. If it's been a few weeks or so and I'm up, I'll CONSIDER it, buuuuuut yeah. You don't gain muscle that quickly haha!
