12 week challenge
Hey y'all...I'm setting myself a 12 week challenge to lose 15-20lbs for the festive season! I think this is very doable with motivation and consistently working towards my goal....good to set small achievable goals!

What motivates you?
im on here again after failing again and putting in more weight again...what motivates everyone else to lose weight? I just want to get to my target healthy weight but having over 60lbs to lose I find it really hard to stay motivated & slip back into unhealthy habits! Advice, suggestions, motivations all welcome!!

Feeling like a failure :(
I'm really disappointed in myself, I set myself a target of losing 20lbs before my holiday and lost only 5 which is completely my own fault with not sticking to my plan & thinking I will have a wee treat and a few glasses of wine at weekend plus not exercising enough....I feel like I've ruined my holiday before I've left!…

Couch to 5K
Hey there, I've just completed week 2 of the couch to 5k and found it quite hard but I'm suffering with a sore knee and shin and feel really stiff in one leg, is this normal? Any suggestions on how to ease up the pain would be welcomed!! :smile:
