How does this list look?
Eggs, pork chops, bananas, strawberries, chobani greek yogurt plain, spinach, broccoli, oranges, cabbage, extra lean ground beef, almonds, peanut butter, chicken and cheese. What else can I add to this list? Should I remove anything? I would like to be healthy more than anything, but I do need to lose weight. 5'6" 185 lbs.…
