How does this list look?

Eggs, pork chops, bananas, strawberries, chobani greek yogurt plain, spinach, broccoli, oranges, cabbage, extra lean ground beef, almonds, peanut butter, chicken and cheese. What else can I add to this list? Should I remove anything? I would like to be healthy more than anything, but I do need to lose weight. 5'6" 185 lbs. I would like to maintain this as a lifestyle and a diet change for life.

    My diary is open if you want to take a look but there is no need to "eliminate" anything. Personally, I did clean up my eating but I'm keeping it to a level that I can maintain forever rather than limiting myself short-term just to lose weight only to turn around and gain it right back again.
