just let me get through baseball season
Between work and baseball I have no time to exercise and when I do have time I'm exhausted. We ate in playoffs right now so I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. But I'm tired of feeling like a slug :(

What time of day do you run?
I'm having the hardest time figuring a good time to run. I'm hungry in the morning and I don't want to run after I eat. At night, same thing. Run first, eat after? Snack first, run later?

Motivation shot down by depression
When I first started to get fit I was so motivated. I had quit smoking and was determined to run my first 5k. Which by no means I want to be my only 5k. Now I just sit around and do just about nothing. I cant seem to even get out of my own way. I am taking anti-depressants but it doesn't seem to be helping enough, ideas?

running and breathing
I just cant seem to get it right. I have watched videos and read articles and I can breathe the way that is suggested when I am sittingor laying down but not when i am standing up. HELP!!!!!

My first 5k
I have been traing for my first 5k for about 2 months now. I feel like I have hit a wall. My 5k is in less than 3 weeks. Not running is NOT an option. I'm not looking to set any records here. I just want to be able to finish without walking and no matter what I try, I just don't seem to be able to keep running!!!! HELP!!!!

Is it ok? Should I always have rest days built in? My legs seem to be getting stronger, but I just dont want to push it and end up sitting out for 4 days again.
