Is it ok? Should I always have rest days built in? My legs seem to be getting stronger, but I just dont want to push it and end up sitting out for 4 days again.

Definitely recommend one day off per week, especially if you're a newer runner. (I've been running over 2.5 years and still consider myself a newer runner.)0
