1200/1300 daily goal friends
My daily goal is set to 1300, and I don't find it too hard to stick to but I struggle to find more interesting meals, eating the same thing bores me easily! Looking for friends with open diaries that also eat 1200/1300 calories a day to steal some meal/snack ideas off :) (My diary is open too)

Healthy lunch - boyfriend doesn't like vegetables though!

Only got a few people on my fl with open diaries, and I like to have a nosey around to get inspiration for meals and snacks, so anyone I can add that won't mind me looking at their diaries? Mines always open and I log daily :)

Does your stomach shrink when you eat less?
I know from experience that when I go like 2 weeks eating very little (due to things like illness, not a crazy diet!) that when I do start to try to eat normally again I often can't manage the portion sizes I could before. Is this because the stomach shrinks or is there another reason?

Haven't lost ANY weight, why not?
I weigh 120lbs, i'm 5'2 and I've been doing a LOT of cardio and a bit of strength training at least 5 days a week, usually more, MFP says i have 1210 calories per day to lose 1lb a week, yet i've been tracking for a month and had no change? Confused about what my goal should be
