Try the workouts on FitnessBlender.com :) I live in the UK and it's about 5C here today but that's way too cold, with the wind for me haha so I stay inside.
-
Check out FitnessBlender.com, they have over 400 free, full workout videos. I love the married couple that run it, they seem so friendly and on your side, rather than the "yell at you for motivation" kind of instructors a lot of fitness videos have haha

"How can you eat mcdonalds and be so skinny?!" I eat mcdonalds maybe 4 times a year? even if it didn't fit my calories that's not often enough to do harm haha
-
I think it's always best to find what fits YOU best - some people eat them all back, some eat half of them and some don't eat any. I'd say if you're not hungry then don't eat them, but make sure you really feel you've eaten enough that day.

I'm really trying to log everyday now, even if I go over haha, it's always better with friends :D
-
To log everyday, no matter what! Also reach my goal weight Feel free to add me anyone :)
-
Feel free to add me too, I've been in the 'starting over again' position, so I know how disheartening it is to see your hard work be undone
-
* Move to South Korea * Enjoy korean food without gaining weight * Make new friends and keep in touch with old ones * Take up martial arts and/or dancing * Study hard for the first time in my life haha!

I find it to be enough for me actually, i'm pretty short (5'1) and closeish to goal weight, also I do eat most of my exercise calories back
-
I'm definitely an emotional eater too, and work has been stressing me the hell out. I've found it useful to just have a low-cal snack when you're feeling like eating, if you really think you're gonna have to go reach for some food have some low-cal healthy options nearby. Another thing to try is to keep busy, whenever you…

I also use ON Whey gold standard, I like Extreme Milk Chocolate flavour, tastes just like a chocolate milkshake

Hey i'm in the UK, used to be active on here then fell off the wagon, now back on :)

I kinda see where you're coming from, I live with my parents and eat with them most evenings. If you don't want to explain to them that you're trying to lose weight or just be healthy, or they won't listen, then try offering to help with the cooking, or just ask them what's in it so you can log it on here. Also try telling…

Yeah D: Although i'm still surprised there are any kpop fans on mfp haha, not a place i would have thought to look :')

OP CLEARLY said it's just an example guys... But I think that's meant to be how it works, so yeah technically that'd amount to a 1lb loss, as well as tons of other combinations, like you could eat 2 days worth of calories every other day, and fast on the days in between, as long as the numbers all add up This is why things…

That is quite a lot! I guess the degree of how big of a difference it is depends on what your measurements were before. Someone who's waist was 40" who lost 6" is a pretty big difference, but someone who was like 70" won't see as much of a difference.

Request sent! Anyone else can feel free to add me too :)

Not to stand out like a whale when I go to Japan! People are gonna be looking at me because i'm a foreigner anyway, so I want to not shy away from their looks and think they're only looking cause i'm not japanese

Hiya! I'm Daniella, an 18 year old, so not married haha. In January i'll be setting off for a solo trip around the world (well, asia actually) and so aiming for christmas is actually a good goal for me, if I go looking like i do now i'll be too self conscious to chat to locals and make friends. I live in England and after…

I cut out sodas, and it wasn't just that that caused some weight loss but it definitely was a big factor. I used to drink about 3/4 glasses of coke/fanta/lemonade/whatever a day, which adds up to a LOT of calories, but doesn't really fill you up much - i mean I never drank it because I was hungry just thirsty! So id be…

Noticed that yesterday too, it's mainly the stationary bikes/treadmills/ellipticals/rowing machines that get busy, nobody new seems to go near the weights. In my experience it's the regulars who sit on the benches texting and "resting" for ridiculous amounts of time between sets rather than new people

This is just for the couple days a week we spend together, usually round mine. Be it a bit weird to hang out all day but send him home for meals dont ya think?
