So I need some advice! I currently cannot afford a gym membership (I just have too much other stuff going on right now.) and I need to start working out. So I was just wondering what some of your favorite videos or at home workouts are? I have the 30 Day Shred and Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds video which I intend on starting up but I'm also looking for other suggestions. :D (I'd exercise outside, but I'm in MN and it's way too cold to even think about.)

Check out FitnessBlender.com, they have over 400 free, full workout videos. I love the married couple that run it, they seem so friendly and on your side, rather than the "yell at you for motivation" kind of instructors a lot of fitness videos have haha

I use Sworkit - it's a free app. It has strength, yoga, stretching, cardio, etc workouts. You customize it (how long you want the workout to be, how intense, how long the intervals, etc). It even gives you the ability to choose specific body parts to work on for the day.

It shows you proper form and counts down to the next thing.

I've only been using it for a few days, and I really love it.

YouTube has so many free workouts. Two of my favorite channels are Livestrong and Fitnessblender. I'm also in MN so I hear you but my dog makes me get out and walk on all but the coldest wind chill days. I also use DailyBurn but it's a monthly fee of 14.99 , but they have a 30 day free trial. Add me if you want.

I also live in Minnesota and have converted part of my basement into a workout room. I find that the exercises working the best are bodyweight *Sit-ups, Burpees, push-ups and prisoner squats* If you are looking for a versatile tool for little investment and LOTS of youtube instruction, the kettlebell is worth looking into.
