Healthy lunch - boyfriend doesn't like vegetables though!

I could do with some help coming up with some healthy lunch ideas for me and my boyfriend to have, when he barely likes any vegetables! He'd be happy with a plate of meat for every meal for the rest of his life.
Now I know it's his life, he can eat what he wants, and he is a fairly healthy weight, but when we're eating together I need something other than meat! We're 18 and don't live together, so it's not like he can make his own meals when he's round mine for a few hours aha, so any ideas/recipes for us to try? He does like SOME vegetables, but there's so many I have to avoid for him.

You don't live together, can't he make his own lunch?

This is just for the couple days a week we spend together, usually round mine. Be it a bit weird to hang out all day but send him home for meals dont ya think?0

Well then, make whatever you want, he'll either eat it or not. Personally, I dig a nice salad, roasted squash, sautéed peppers and onions, sautéed asparagus and baby tomato's with butter and garlic, wilted spinach over the top of just about any meat with a sprinkling of balsamic vinegar. Or even the old standby of carrot and celery sticks. You can also never go wrong with broccoli. Just pair a vegetable and a meat and like I said, he'll either eat it, or he wont.

Make the vegetables and then he can either either them or he can not eat them. /shrug0

Maybe a more specific question would produce more specific answers. But yeah, make protein and veg, and manchild who doesn't like veg can eat whatever he wants.0

It must be tough to have a boyfriend whose legs and arms are broken.0
