hi, I just started dieting this week, and have been pretty good about keeping close or under my calorie goal. My one problem is exercising. I want do it more, and I know it will help my lose weight faster, but I just cant pull myself to do it. I need the motivation to get off my butt and out the door, so please any ideas…
