When your trying to lose weight how many sweet potatoes can you eat since they are fairly high in calories and sugar. I've been swapping out bread for sweet potatoes and pumpkin and I eat about 1 cup of pumpkin and 3 large sweet potatoes a day is this a good plan for weight loss?
