Chocolate
Need a chocolate kick? 32 semisweet chocolate chips (a wee but satisfying handful) contain only 70 calories (10g carbs, 4.5g fat) and hit the spot without being too sweet or complicated. I keep a bag in my freezer for when I get the munchies.
