Well, I did it!
I finished my first 10k this morning and I feel great! My husband and kids just dont seem to get it so I needed someone to share my achievement and excitement with and I thought who better than all of you? Thank you all for being here and letting me share my success with you!:flowerforyou:

Help please!
I currently weigh 135.6 and my goal is 124, but when I look at my profile it says 16 lbs. to go. I must have made an error in when I entered my goal weight when joining the site because I only have 11.6 to go and I cant stand seeing that 16, is there a way to go back and edit my goal weight?

Ok, so I have been working out like crazy and all of a sudden, I end up with a yeast infection. I haven't had one since I was a teenager wearing skin-tight jeans. I have seen results!
Well, I feel great! It's my second week here and after the first week, I had gained 0.8 lbs. I was frustrated but you all encouraged me to keep trying and this week I lost 4 lbs. I'm frustrated!
I have completed my first week and I have actually gained eight tenths of a pound. I know its not a lot but still I have been logging all of my food and staying within my calories and I have been exercising regularly. How could I have gained anything?:grumble:

Exercise earned calories?
I am new to this site this week and I am confused. Do I have to eat the extra calories I've earned through exercising or can I leave them? It's 8:00 pm and I have over 400 calories left and I am not hungry.
