Looking for training app for beginner walker
Does anyone know of an app for a beginner walker? I was thinking like the C25K app. I use Endomondo, but I would like a schedule to help me bump myself up. Maybe I will just use the C25k and walk slower and faster for the intervals. Thoughts? Insight?

elliptical and a burn in my foot
I tried out the elliptical yesterday because all the treadmills were full. LOVED it! But, I have a burn in the ball of my foot. Am I doing something wrong? Should I try to stay more flat footed?
