Hello everyone! I'm looking to tone, lift, and firm my butt and to tone my thighs. 30 Day Squat Challenge is worth a try. Do I have anyone who are willing to join me? And if anyone has completed the challenge before please give your opinion of your experience. Today it starts 30 regular squats!
Okay im so confused o_O you guys know how when you exercise it adds more calories, does that mean you can eat more or are you supposed to stay on your regular calorie budget?
