Workout additional Calories... Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay im so confused o_O you guys know how when you exercise it adds more calories, does that mean you can eat more or are you supposed to stay on your regular calorie budget?

    You eat back half to all of the exercise calories basically.
    That is how mfp works. It does not take any exercise into account when you set your goals, and just gives you the calorie goal with a deficit already built in. Idea is to end up with calories left to eat as close to 0 as possible.
