Hello everyone! I'm looking to tone, lift, and firm my butt and to tone my thighs. 30 Day Squat Challenge is worth a try. Do I have anyone who are willing to join me?
And if anyone has completed the challenge before please give your opinion of your experience.

I am too...share the calendar and I'll do it too...I do them anyway why not add a challenge to it....my fav thing is single leg squats on the trx at my gym...hard but excellent...im not comfortable with kettlebell squats I feel like my form isn't as good as it would be on a squat rack...any advice on that??
