any help or suggestions on how to jump start weight lose?

  • Get a good workout program you will enjoy doing 4-5 days per week, follow a clean nutrition plan, run a good calorie deficit and cut out all junk from your nutrition.

    rolemodel69 said it perfectly. All that is necessary. For me I just have to add an extra ingredient: company during workouts. I used to do TKD, but could not go regularly enough to advance as wanted and my knees were bothering me a lot. Now I go to the gym as often as I can (I have 3 kids). I do not go to classes as I never make it in time, so whenever I have half an hour or more time to burn I go to the gym and go on the treadmill or work with weights. But it sucks to go there alone, it would be much more fun and more motivating to go with someone else. I really have to kick my butt some days to get going.
