ok. so my fitbit says i burn 1463 calories a day without doing anything. and the difficulty level i want says i need a 750 calorie deficit. mfp had me on a 1200 calorie goal. i was thinking of meeting in the middle and setting my goal for 1350 anyone have any advice?
