can i indulge on the last day of the week. or will i not lose at all.

    You can indulge. Just keep in mind the scale might show a gain the next day or two, but it should come right back off plus some. I usually work with weekly averages, so that I can go out with friends or on a date with my husband and not have to stress about sticking to a low calorie goal.

    fat doesn't tell time...nor does it know what day it is...

    I try to stay in goal everyday but for me as long as I am at a good daily average at the end of the week and consistently over time...all is good...

    I've noticed for me, if I have a bunch left at the end of the week, and have a huge "cheat" meal, then I find it SO hard to get back to eating super well the rest of the week. I prefer to have a small little treat basically every day. (usually 2 little Ghirardelli squares).

    But will you gain all your weight back? Probably not. But you may also even out/ gain, especially if you eat a high-salt meal. And also depends on when you weigh.
