Hey y'all.
I work a 12 hour shift every Saturday with no real breaks.
Im a receptionist so i cant really leave my desk area.
Im hoping someone can help.
I was trying to find some excersizes i can do without going too far away from my desk
and not being unprofessional and/or embarrassing!
I have taken to walking around my desk. I use Pacer to keep track of my steps but am hoping theres something else I can do. They cater a meal every Sat but its always super unhealthy no vegetables or salads.
So i feel it is even more important to still be as active as possible.
Thanks!!

I do pushups or tricep dips with my hands on the edge of my desk if I know it'll be a quiet time of day. If you are constantly within eyesight of someone, that would be difficult to do. I've also taken to doing squats in the restroom before i come back to my desk. My job has a private bathroom. If yours has stalls that might be weird/awkward if someone walked in. Would your company allow you to sit on an exercise ball?0

This made me curious. Any someone stationary exercises that can be done on a exercise ball? I could probably do this at work.0
