'Core Secrets 'Off the ball'?
Does anyone on here use this dvd for exercise? because im just wondering how much calories you would burn doing it? it makes me sweat so it must be ok for me

ok so i have just brought myself a crosstrainer but...
i just did 15mins on it and it said i only burnt 45cals :frown: (ill do more soon though) but on mfp it says i would of burnt 152cals ...... which to believe? its the first time i have ever used a crosstrainer so im guessing maybe when i get used to it the calories may may go up?

will i lose weight if i
only walk for 30mins to a hour a day say 4 to 5 times each week and use a ab machine most days of the week (its not much exercise but ive never really exercised and dont have much energy) while i stick to the amount of calories im allowed each day?

just wondering if anyone uses a ad king pro or similar....
i mean ab king pro..... and if so how long do you use it for each session and how fast do you notice the results?
