i mean ab king pro..... and if so how long do you use it for each session and how fast do you notice the results?

    I have used one, but not for a length of time to see any results, but I could totally see that there could be results. I guess it depends on individulas etc

    i think i will just try and stick to it ive never been a exercise person at all so i find it hard to stick to it but im determined to lose weight so heres hoping
