only walk for 30mins to a hour a day say 4 to 5 times each week and use a ab machine most days of the week (its not much exercise but ive never really exercised and dont have much energy) while i stick to the amount of calories im allowed each day?

yes, you will see some weight loss with that.0

You can lose weight simply by sticking to a lower calorie diet. Walking just speeds things up a bit and helps tone. I walk and I stay within my calorie goals and I am pretty sure that eating right is what is doing it for me! It's working You will start to see it too. Good luck!0

Yes you will I have a girl I work with that just walked 30 min 5 days a week or around there. She does weight watchers and lost 86 lbs in little over a year.0
