Fit bit over counting calories burned after exersice?
After an hour jog. (4mph) The fitbit said I burned over 900 calories! I don't think that's accurate because when I put in my data on a online site. It says I should be burning at about 440 calories or something like that! So which one is accurate?

Can you get most ofyour protein from protein shakes?
Meat is getting pretty expensive, can I replace most of it with protein shake, theoretically ? And still lose fat? Also I heard that you can eat whatever you want as long as you eat enough protein; you will lose fat. So does that mean a person can just snack and drink protein shakes all day lol

Can you eat dirty and still lose fat?
If I hit my protein requirements, can I essentially eat whatever junk food I want? Would my my fat still drop? ( let's say hunger isn't a problem)
