Can you eat as much carbs as you want as long as you are in a deficit and you eat enough protein(while trying to lose fat)?

Depends on who you ask lol
Some people NEED to limit their carbs to get the scale to budge, others are fine to just reduce calories and each whatever fits within that calorie allotment.
If you love carbs and can't imagine living without them then try just staying in your calories and seeing what happens. If the scale isn't moving gradually reduce your carbs until it does and find your happy range. Some people need to drastically reduce them, some don't.0 -
My Macros make people cringe...unless they understand my eating style. I eat 65-70% fat, 10% carbs and the remainder in protein. I've seen a lot of success with it when I keep close to those numbers.0

Does not matter. Eat at a deficit 90% of the time, you will lose weight. No matter your Macro split.0
