Hi, I joined MFP eons ago, but due to a health problem, I ate what I was given. Now I'm mended I want to get going with LCHF. Everything I read says ignore the cals but surely that can't be right? so do I look at my TDEE less 20% or just trust that I will eat less cause I'm ditching the cr@p. What have you done, how has it…

MFP have set my calorie intake at 1280 to lose 1lb a week, but reading posts on here I shouldn't go below my BMR. Calculated on line states my BMR 1485 & my TDEE is 2015...I am confused?? How many calories should I be eating
