MFP have set my calorie intake at 1280 to lose 1lb a week, but reading posts on here I shouldn't go below my BMR. Calculated on line states my BMR 1485 & my TDEE is 2015...I am confused?? How many calories should I be eating

Its up to you.. I used scoobys calculator to work out mine...
Some people use mfp .. and eat back their exercise cals ......
I use the tdee method.. exercise is already factored in.
Have a look at eat more2 weigh less...

MFP doesn't include exercise in their calculations so your 1280 is only on days with no exercise. When you do you end up eating those calories back. TDEE includes your exercise so you don't eat those back and just have a steady number of calories per day.
You might consider lowering your goal loss per week to .5 lbs though to give you more calories to work with since you're less than 20 lbs from goal.0
