Low Net Calories - Question
Hello all :-) I have been convinced not to go under 1200 calories a day. I am concerned about losing muscle. If I ate 1200 calories a day and exercised 300 or so for a net calorie intake of 900 will that out me at risk of muscle loss? What important calories eaten or net calories?

Too Few Calories
Hi everyone! I would appreciate any advice on this topic. Most days I try to eat between 1200-1400 calories a day. I also exercise around 900 calories- so my net total for the day is around 300-500.
