I was told that green tea supplements will curb my appetite. I have always been pretty anti- diet pills because they seem very unnatural but this seems to be a homeopathic remedy. Has anyone tried this?

diet coke
So I have found that diet coke is filling and it has helped me stick to the amount of calories Im allowed to have. However I have read that its not so good for dieting. Thoughts?

Vegetarian but doesn't eat tofu
So I am a vegetarian ( that eats fish, so really a pescatarian) but I don't like tofu and I don't like meals that take longer than 5 minuets to prepare. I have been falling under my protein intake most days and I always have to much sugar. Does anyone have any suggestions?

3600 calories = 1 pound?
So according to mfp I am suppose to eat 1200 calories a day and my BMR is 1410. Mean that my deficiency is only 210 calories. So then my weekly calorie deficiency is 1470 which is not even close to 3600 calories. How is it that MFP thinks I am going to loose a pound a week?

which weight should I log?
I weigh about a pound different in the morning and at night. I like to log the heavier weight at night so I know the worst case scenario and so I don't feel that I am lying to myself. lost a bunch of weight and then gained it all back :(
I joined mfp in January 2011 and by May I had lost about 15 pounds. I got so thin people thought I had a problem, so I stopped counting/logging my food.
