Feeling sick from cutting carbs
I used to eat 200+ carbs a day. From cookies, sweets, etc. never good carbs. The last 3 days I have managed to stay around 50 carbs a day, with a calorie deficit. I just feel so nauseous, constant headache, etc. is this normal?? Does my body think I’m doing the Keto diet (which I do not want to be doing) Any tips?

Low carb / Keto
I’m not sure what I’m trying to do, I used to do Keto but would rather not go back to that. But I would like to try low carb. Can anyone help with what they eat a day, or what kind of recipes you have that make this easier and more enjoyable?

Help with workout schedule
I finally got a gym membership but I only want to start off with cardio for now. At home I will do all of the weight related workouts. Monday-Friday is when I would do everything I’m just unsure how many days a week I should go for cardio and how many days I should do weights. Any help is great, thank you!!

Smart watch calories VS. machine
I just did the elliptical for 20 minutes. My Apple Watch claims I burned around 150ish calories, while the machine is saying I burned 230+. Which do you follow?
