Keto

Has anyone done Keto, lost weight, but decide you want you step away from Keto BUT continue losing weight?

I lost my first 10 pounds from WW, and I lost another 30 from doing Keto but I feel like it isn’t the best option for me.

What should I continue eating so I don’t gain all of the weight back? I still would like to lose another 30+ pounds

I think if you limit carbs to a moderate level and calories, which go hand in hand you will do fine.

You can absolutely lose weight with or without keto. If you increase carbs, you will replenish glycogen which will drive some water weight increases (2-10lbs), but if you are in a deficit, you will still lose fat. So if you want, slowly increase carbs to help mitigate some of the water weight you lost when starting keto.
