How big is your deficit and have you ever noticed a dip in supply related to your calorie intake? I'm trying to decide if my sons recent turn to waking up 2x per night is because of lower supply due to too big a deficit. The timeline lines up, but it may just be coincidence.

I recently got a Polar HRM. According to it, my target range during exercise is 126-165. A brisk walking pace brings me up to 140, and jogging puts me outside of it, at 170-180. Breastfeeding and TDEE/BMR
My BMR without accounting for breastfeeding is 1670, TDEE 2270. I eat about 1950 cals on days I don't exercise. I burn 700 cals breastfeeding. Should I be including the breastfeeding calories in my BMR? If so, I'm eating less then my BMR by about 420. Or is it included in TDEE like exercise? In which case I'm ok, I think?…
