So started p90x(not for the first time) I'm trying to lose weight and exercise but I am not suppose to exercise so my question is did any one have success just doing the p90x with out adding anything else..
so i checked my bmr it is around 1620. i have been eatin just at 1200 and havent lost any weight at all scale actually says i gained what do i do??

Hi i am kinda new to mfp and I have lost about 13 lbs in just over 4 weeks i am eating right at my calories everyday i am working out like a mad man! and i am almost to my 20 lb goal that i set for my first 3 months! I feel great and everything but i am kinda bummed because it doesnt feel or look like I have lost weight!…
so i am breast feeding my 5 month old and they say in a 24 hour period the body burns about 500 calories just producing breastmilk, (thats 20 calories per oz of milk so differs between each baby) is it fair to count it as burned calories????
