Power 90 and 30 day shred?!?!?

So i have been doing power 90 for about 3 days now, and i just got the 30 day shred! i am going to begin doing both of them tomorrow along with 30-60 of extra cardio 6 days a week!!! along with sticking right at my calories and breastfeeding do you think this will help drop the weight?!?! or do you think itll be a little much???

    breastfeeding burns about 500 as is. i would be concerned about add the extra 30-60 min of cardio... too much cardio without increasing some caloric intake puts body in starvation mode and could potentially affect ability to breastfeed

    This might be a late response but don't overwork your body too much! But if you do decide to come through with this workout plan don't forget to increase your calorie intake! :) Goodluck!
