Knee care
So I'm 25 and I do a considerable amount of sports, but my main concern is my knees. One thing is I've taken up is skate parks, I find it way too much fun to stop. If I have work I still get in about 3 hours of active time and I stand all day at work Some days I'll gym it, hike for 3-4 hours then do more…

The kicker is I eat so much of the damn stuff because it's so easy to set up. I mainly only eat it in the morning or if I wake up during sleep hungry. I just can't seem to find a good…

Question about calories burned
So I have recently been using my HRM to track the amount of calories that I burn. Today kinda had me second guessing tho. I went on a 12mile hike, 5:30hr long that was pretty difficult and here were my results. HRM - 4100kcal Runkeeper - 1500kcal MFP - 3100kcal My issue is I'm not sure what one to go with. Any input would…
