Crazy hunger levels.

I would just like to see some peoples inputs. For the past few months my hunger level has shot thru the roof. Some days 2600, others nearly 4k. Before I'd say 3 months ago I had no problem eating at 1700-2200 range, twas nice.

In the past few months I upped my activity level an insane amount, and I was still stable around 2kish. Few weeks later I couldn't stop eating. Wake up from hunger, can't sleep due to hunger etc.

It's killing my diet so I've tried to be less active and the hunger is still there. Does anyone know if in a few weeks or so my appetite will go back to normal human standards?

Getting insane and it really messes with my mood when I need to eat more but can't.

As always, thank you lovely people.

I don't know but the hunger does seem to come in cycles like that for me too. I also get worse hunger if I my diet has been carb heavy. Sometimes I can break the hunger cycle with a high protein/high fat period of time.

It comes and goes for me. But I think it has a lot to do with your food choices honestly... Cereal, granola, hot dog buns, subway sandwich... it's a lot of calories for not very filling foods. Same with your protein powder, you'd be better off eating some grilled chicken or something, IMO.
