I just did a 2 hr. 22 min. hike today and MFP says I burned over 3000 calories doing it, my remaining calories are over 4700, am I doing something wrong????? I do Supreme 90 which is like P90X. Any of the P90X people on MFP, how do you guys log in your exercieses for the day?? There is in no entrie for P90X of Supreme 90. Any ideas??

eating breakfast
I believe in eating a good healthy breakfast to start the day. Sometimes though I am not hungry. Does anyone force themselves to eat breakfast or do you wait till you start getting hungry??? I might do a smoothie and a small bowl of oatmeal, which will fill me up pretty good, but then there are days where I’m not hungry…
