I carry a lot of my weight in my arms, they are horrible. I am working on and able to get other body parts toner but not these dang arms. What can I do to trim them down and quickly.

Confused about calorie and staying under
When I changed the goals I wanted to reach and everything MFP put my calorie intake as 1200 at first. However in order to lose I needed to be under that on a regular basis, right? But if I was always under 1200 then my body would go into starvation mode and then I wouldn't lose any either?

Need ideas for light excercise for the next two weeks.
I had to have a small in office surgery and the doctor put me on light duty and no excercise for the next two weeks or so. I can do light excercise he said. What can I do besides walk that doesn't include bending or lifting it was on my midsection.

Looking for low cal meals that don't include fish
I am highly allergic to fish and shellfish. Each low cal meal plan I am finding has a ton of recipes for fish and hardly anything for any other kinds of meat. Does anyone know of some websites or places I can go to get meal plans without fish in them.
