Want to be under 200 before we hit the beach!

I want to be under 200 before we go on vacation at the end of Aug. I have been yo-yoing between 227-230 for about a month now taking it off and putting it back on. I know my eat habits are awful and need a lot of work and I really need to find sometime somewhere in my day to exercise. I am work full time and am a full time mom of a three year old so there is very little me time. I would love to lose 20 by the Fourth of July but not sure so how to go about this.
I tell myself I am going to walk everyday and then don't and that I am going to log in everyday here and then don't. I need someone to kick me in the butt! Any ideas on how to really get this wait lose started and where to go for lunch and dinner ideas that do not include fish as I am allergic to fish and most other seafoods. Or anyone out there want to kick me in the butt on a regular basis to help keep me on track.

Hey! You are not alone. I have the same issues. I am not one to exercise like I should because I have 3 kids, work full time on my feet for 9-10 hour days. When I get home I just want off my feet and to relax. I am trying the DVD 30 day shred from netflix. Even if I don't do it completely I am working at it and increasing time. That is good. I also have been just moving more, things that I know are exercises I do little bits throughout the day. Not what they recommend, but I know that I am doing more. I haven't lost much, but I will get there, so will you. I think it is a lifestyle change and some of us just have to take baby steps to get there.
Eating Veggies, especially greens, is a great way to be able to eat more food and have less calorie intake. Sometimes it is making one small change and getting use to it and it becoming part of your day. Then you make another change. Hope this helps!0
