been on and off myfitnesspal for a long time... This time i'm determined to log in daily.... my workout is basically treadmill for 30-40 min daily (looking to get on ellipticals too), and dieting, with a fitbit to track my activity all day.... Need lotsa motivation... Add me if you can :) - Raghav

is rice bad for weight loss???
i have rice for lunch, and i track it in MFP to stay below calorie goal... my friend says regardless of calories, rice is bad for weight loss, even if i end up below my calorie goal for the day. is it so???
