been on and off myfitnesspal for a long time...

This time i'm determined to log in daily....

my workout is basically treadmill for 30-40 min daily (looking to get on ellipticals too), and dieting, with a fitbit to track my activity all day....

Need lotsa motivation...

  • The best way to find friends that will be a good match is to read the forums and fr people who you feel will challenge you. Remember to send a message so they know a bit about the person who is friending them.
