i ve been using myfitnesspal on and off, for the past few months.... I'm aged 27 and Now i have gained 10kg in a short span, so this time i'm determined to log everyday and i need few friends to motivate me :)

so i weigh 105kg now and my aim is to be at 90kg in 6 months or so!!!

Fitness plan: Basically dieting + treadmill + elliptical trainer, and occasional kettle bell for strength exercises!!
