Gaining before maintaining?

So... Are you supposed to go over your calorie goal at all? Or should you always stay slightly under? This has always confused me.

Weighing Myself Everyday?
Okay so I have heard mixed answers on this one. Should I weigh myself everyday? I have been told yes because it keeps myself on track, but I have also been told no because your weight usually fluctuates everyday and you should weigh yourself once a week. What do you guys think? Help please :)
