One works out, the other doesn't....
2 people, both on 2000 calories a day. Person A does not work out at all. Person B works out and burns 1000 calories a day, so he eats 3000 calories a day. Eventually they both reach their goal weight, pretty much at the same time. How does person A look compared to person B ?

Estimating (from reports of skin removal, etc) I have around 15-20lbs of loose skin. Should I be counting that into my total weight for daily cals or do you think I should use my projected weight as if that skin was actually removed? Thx.

Are the mfp cardiovascular cals burned accurate?
Even though I do a variety of exercises, I only log my cardiovascular work outs. I did some research and found other calculator's results vary wildly. For just doing cardio (walking, jogging, etc,) is the mfp reported burns accurate enough or should I be using another one? Thx.
