is clean eating necessary?
so, i'm recovering from anorexia and im looking at becoming fit and having a nice body once im recovered. I've heard you need to eat clean to have a flat/semi toned stomach, is this true? I eat healthy but I just wasn't sure if complete clean eating was necessary? thanks heaps.

Net calories
I recently joined MFP and I'm still confused as to what net calories are? I know it's my food calories minus my exercise but does that mean its my total calorie intake for the day? Thanks

To few calories?
Ok so, I'm 5'1 and weigh just under 45kg. I'm not sure if this is a dangerous weight or not? Also is it dangerous to eat under 1000 calories everyday? Don't say, eat more blah blah blah because I'm to scared to eat more. I'm so scared of gaining weight and I don't know what to do. I don't know how to talk to anyone about…
